Samsung ducted NS180HHXEH/XSA

Hello guys
Have inherited this job a fairly new Samsung NS180HHXEH/XSA that has an indoor fan problem & seem to think an installer has dismantled the indoor unit to install & then reassembled in the roof though now has an indoor fan hunting problem.
Would anyone have a service manual for this model perhaps?

Please can you double check the model code.
I can't find a NS180HHXEH/XSA unit on the system, this could mean one of two things... Either there is a mistake in the model code or it never been imported to Europe, sorry.

If the model code is correct it would be worth contacting Samsung Australia (http://www.samsung.com/au) as, assuming it is a bonafide SEAU supplied unit, they would be able to get you the manual.
