TK SB-200 30, fault code 12

My first post...

Unit shutting down after say 30 seconds, displaying codes 3 ,4, 12 and 71, can anyone help me in diagnosing and with service information on future faults?

Two of those codes are the return and discharge air sensors,if you replace them bear in mind they are graded sensors so try to get the same grades that are on the unit now or you will have to get into the guarded access to reprogrammed it.
