just been asked to do maintenance at a facility with a CO2 Green and Cool refrigeration system.
Its a Sirocco MLH 2+2+2 4MLTSS82
Also know as a triple temperature unit.
This beast heat and cools, uses high pressure CO2, Low pressure CO2 and a GEO Thermal loop.
Combine all this with Trane BAS and i have a headache.
While I'm only servicing the AHU's and the various water systems for the heating and cooling loops, I was amazed with the technology on the chiller/heat-pump and also humbled by my lack of knowledge with CO2 systems.
Anyone here worked on these units?
Pro's and con's? links to manuals? Should i dig in or punt? Ive got tons of pics if this is a topic of interest..
Thank you

Short answer is no,but I want to go on a training course asap because Murphy's law says that I will have to work on a system with co2 soon.

Hi bernie.
go for it, dive in boots and all and wing it, there should be manuals on site.
There will be head aches and frustrations but a huge learning curve. i have been doing the same for decades. Otherwise how do we learn and progress.

Nooooooooooooooo don't do that, us European's won't know what you are talking about :D

I have lots of experience with C02 but not your individual system, so any
help I can offer in general, but not specifically your system.

Don't push that big red button :D

Dive in and do it, to quote Sir Richard Bransen " accept the challenge and learn as you go " or words to that effect.
Now there is a bloke that has winged it and made a healthly coin or three.
Yes , stressfull at the time, but a huge learning curve, and satisfying afterwards.
I have been winging it for decades. Haha!!!!!.
