R11 & System cleaning

Dear Friends,

In our country we use R11 for cleaning inside of refrigeration systems, But as you know as harm potential to atmosphere it is forbidden to use in lots of countries.
Can you suggest other things instead R11 for cleaning inside of refrigeration system, Cleaning inside of pipes and … after installing ?

Anyway, I know about R141B, But I heard that It damages to electrical insulation of wire of stator.

Have you tried it by yourself ?
