REFRIGERATED CONTAINER: Alarm 15 - Alarm 16

Hello everyone!
I have a model 69NT40-511-353 Carrier Transicold refrigerated container. Recently, the Alarm Panel shows "Alarm 15" and "Alarm 16". I have looked in the manual and there are no explanations for these alarms. Could you please help me find the explanation/interpretation for these alarm messages, and find a solution? I am very concerned.
