Freezer glass doors usually have heaters fitted, check if you have electric cable into door. If you have, check power supply, voltage usually on a label on the door frame, could be a fuse blown?

Hello every body..long time no see..
i want ask about dew test..i have 2 test condition :

1. Ambient temp 25 & RH 90%
2. Ambient temp 32 & RH 90%

which one will make condensation happened faster ??

If I understand the question correctly, that would be #2. It contains more moisture and condensation would occur at a higher temperature (higher dewpoint).
