Canatal fan problem

Can anybody help, I have a Canatal unit, series 9, when I switch the unit on either by local or time control the fan icon does not appear & the fans will not start, the door interlock switches are ok, I can start the fans but only via the test mode, cheeers for any help

Are you by any chance starting the system in heating mode?

If so, in order to prevent cold drafts the fan will stay off until the coil have warmed up (normally 10-15 min).

The unit is a close control type , no warm up period.
