Condensation problems with Carrier Diary cabinets

We purchased several Carrier Diary cabinets and slightly over one year the top panel started sweating and dripping onto the food on the top shelf. Has anyone any ideas how to cure.

I didn't know carrier made cabinets! What does the installing company have to say about the problem?

Carrier bought linde few years ago,I have seen this to happen when the cabinets are not sealed together properly and the pipe entries into case not sealed up, also seen this to happen when cases are partially iced over causing bad air flow .
