Any1 have any idea how much old compressors are making when scrapped. Ive heard loads of people saying they make alot.

not sure what bit of Ireland you're in, in England they make naff all as scrap

they used to be weighed in at the same rate as motors, so the money was good

but now they've changed that and they just go in as 'mixed' metal... which is rubbish money.. especailly right now because scrap value is very low :-(

I know a guy qho weighed in a scrap escort van a few weeks ago... he got £46 :(
