im working on this unit and the controller is not switching on instead its flicking on and suddenly switches off without lighting anything,just want to confirm with someone who has met similar problem if controller is faulty.thermoking md II SR

Check the cable from the controller to the unit thoughrilly it's May have rubbed through somewhere.

check the black rocker on\off switch probably green with corrision
