The future is bright
At long last we are starting to get products that can start to tick some of the green credentials.
The movement of technological advancement in China though is amazing. Where we once thought Europe lead the way in design we are now starting to see our consumer market lag behind.

The majority of our products being installed in the UK air conditioning market are Japanese with the Koreans taking some of their market share. Yet the new wave of products out of China are leading the way on these long term players.

Remember what happened with single splits?
The same thing is happening with air to water systems and VRF at the moment.

Looking at that page, we've been able to do something similar with an ImmerSun unit for quite a while, and it's british designed and built :)

Though not directly connected (as it uses AC), and in the UK they way we have (until 14th Jan 2016) been paid / incentivised for PV generation made the ImmerSun a more interesting financial route.
