Hi Guys,

Anyone using the Mitsubishi Heavy industries Mente PC software to connect to VRF KX4 ?I just upgraded window 7 to 10 and excel is not opening the software.
Any help is appreciated.

Dump windows 10. Obviously your software is not win 10 ready

Can I reverse back to windows 7 or has to format laptop ?
I checked same software with a friend and excel file opened on his windows 10. so maybe there is an issue with VBA address somewhere on my laptop. Boq don't know

Is the version of Excel 32 or 64 bit? Mente PC will only work with 32 bit Excel

Actually as you well said is a 64 bit. Is there a converter of some type in It world ?

isnt it possible to right click the icon, go to properties and change the compatibility to windows 7? and try it then

Well actually did not work. Is there a new version for the windows 7 maybe ?
