Hi Guys
There is a problem
First: emptied humidity and air by vacuum pump and began Charged *****
Official quantity 6.35 kg but after Charged 3.5 kg
high pressure 300 and low pressure of more than 120
Second: engine speed does not go up
Bunny logo on the screen does not appear

That suction is way way too high, you need to pump down that system try closing the suction on the compressor if that's pulls a good vac then open it and close the outlet from the receiver tank something is badly wrong with the unit, the throttling valve should limit if you are getting that kind of pressure at the suction you have a major issue

Throttling valve replaced. But there is no improvement. Low pressure throttling valve 160 and bottom throttling valve 20 What are your expectations for that problem

Three way valve in heat position

3 way valve and solned is good

What happens if you take wires off solenoid and start the engine does the suction pressure drop it sounds like it's in heat mode to me or the 3way valve is in the heat position.

Are there any other suggestions

Not familiar with the SL units.
What's your suction pressure under the throttling valve?
Is the suction line frosting?
What was the original complaint?
Did you get a solid 500 micron vaccuum?
What's your ambient? 300 high side might not be out of line in high ambient and a sketchy condenser.
I'd start with doing a combined heat test, but it may not be helpful with only half charge.

Cooling slow
pressure under the throttling valve is 20
pressure up the throttling valve is 160
High pressure 300
Knowing that the amount of gas is incomplete
It takes 3 hours from 29 degrees to 0 degrees and empty Fund

your suction under the throttling valve is supposed to be 28psi, that would explain slow cooling.
From +29 to 0 in three hours with a hot empty box isn't too bad.
Adjust the throttling valve to 28psi by adding more shims.
Get on the roof with a pressure washer (unit off) and clean the condenser to get the head pressure down a bit.
300 psi head is OK for the ambient. Complete the charge. The throttling valve will protect the compressor. The unit will run at 420psi no worries.
