Hi.
Can't find a manual for rebuilding of that compressor. Оnly find instructions for the replacement of the multiplier.
Anyone can help?

Hi my friend.
An email to both of your email addresses that I have has been sent.

Follow the link to the file which you can then download, only it was too big to upload or email.

Hi they are really easy to rebuild, once you get the gear wheels off, tools you need are a big gear puller,E14 torque socket,18mm socket,19mm socket, set off feeler guages, and a bottle off map gas to heat the bearing rings on and off and a 19mm spanner.leave discharge clearance of 2thou,

Before rebuilding, what went wrong to cause it?
Wrong direction for whatever reason or something else!

Is it worth getting a new one for such a small machine.

Its Bitzer compressor. My fault.
Repair the compressor at night, and forgot to tighten the bolts on nuts of rotors. 20 seconds and this result). I milled the discharge flange and ends of the rotors. Add spacers under the bearings and the motor rotor.

I have a problem with searching a table on maximum / minimum wear limit for Bitzer semi hermetic compressor S4G-12.2 I tried searching every Bitzer technical information and still could not find anything on limit wears.
It is so worrying too that sales agents does not provide such vital information as it would greatly help in sizing up compressor rotating components that are badly scored and needing machining.
Anyone has a clue where to get this table on limits.
