Kelvinator/Electrolux service manual split heat pump

Hello all,
I am looking for a service manual for a Kelvinator/Electrolux ESE21HRA split heat pump.
The manufacturer seems to be very protective of their product and will not provide information.
The owner is not in a position to replace the unit.
I am hoping somewhere within this forum there is an agent out there willing to share.

This is a simple on/off Midea air con. You don't really need a manual to fix it.

Yes it is a simple unit but has both an indoor and outdoor pcb & coil sensors.
This unit has a constant flashing light on the indoor unit. The compressor will run when the contactor is pushed in, all capacitors test ok, indooor fan runs fine.
I suspect it has a communication (pcb) fault or sensor issue. I dont want to simply start replacing parts to fix it, I would rather be able to test than guess.
