Compressor is crash ...... what are the ways of cleaning the circuit of oil, aluminum and iron filings.

What size and type of system is it?

Strip the system down unless you have a flushing machine,most of it will be in the discharge side condensor receiver but if the oil looks grey metallic it will be in the evaporator section as well failure to do it right will mean another failure very quickly.

Big job follow discharge line from compressor any valves you find strip and clean flush condensor,replace drier clean expansion valve or replace it.
