carrier 30gx chiller EXV problem

Dear all.
we have a carrier 30gx chiller its expansion valve is not opening,we try through test its opening .but in normal condition its not working please help me to fix this

Have you checked if the low pressure transducer and superheat probe is showing correct values?

suction pressure and superheat are showing actual values

How did you test the exv?
the water inlet/outlet probes are also showing correct values?
Is there a seperate fuse for the exv?
Have you checked the sub menu that the exv is requesting opening and measured the signal given to the exv?
