Serious problem with Chiller Carrier 23XRV

Dear all,
- Fault state is 220: Ground Fault Trip; Check Motor and Current Sensors
- 2 minutes later, error appears 223 :Ground Fault Trip; Check Motor and Current Sensors
I checked GROUND FAULT CURRENT andVFD FAULT CODE in VFD_HIST screen , the fault code is 216.
When this error appear, I can't reset on ICVC display. I have to off power supply to Chiller, error reset
I measured grounded input wiring and insulation cable is OK
This is the 3rd time I encountered this error.
Can you give me any advice?

check your cabling ,since you are using a vsd,the cabling must be low capacitance shielded cabling .

I used megaohm check cabling. I stiil not see anything unusual,:(
