whirlpool cfs811s american style fridge freezer

Hi guys.has anyone had any dealings with these fridge/freezers.the panel on the front shows 3 lines on the freezer setting and alarm bleeping.condenser fan will run but not the compressor.is it likely to be the pc board or something else.
