The display shows: SUS1 LOCKOUT : HIGH VSD BASEPLATE TEMP.

Is your glycol pump ok? Check glycol level.
Check the cabinet fan or you may have a faulty sensor

you said already the glycol pump is faulty.i dnt know what type of pump fault. repair or replace it.

"Removing the accident"cannot understand. what is the glycol level? if glycol level is low, base plate temp will go high.

Leave sensor location it is on PCB you can not do anything...... If u replaced Glycol pump just topup glycol.......untill overflow then close cap.
