carrier pro dialog 30XA export fault data to laptop ?

Can the Pro dialog alarm history be exported to a laptop in anyway ? , i.e can Carrier do this ?

Is there a program name or process name for this ?

you can retrive the alarm history yourself from the pro-dialog, if you need it to be done by Carrier they would use a program called Network Service Tool 5 (NSTV).
