The oil in the separator of grasso screw compressor type 195 GME working as a swing compressor on 4.5 psig and 33 psig depends on the need and system oil cooling uses thermostatic expansion valve turns milky during operation for the 3rd time I change the oil can anybody know the reason ????????

Could it be that ammonia is heavily contaminated with water?
test ammonia for water.
Assume new oil being added is all ok as well.
Has there been any issues with plant that you know off like heat exchangers leaking water into system.

Thanks for your reply Ranger 1 , I guess it was the adjustment of balance pressure line for the tx valve in SOC line

Ahmed, are you referring to liquid injection set up to control oil & discharge temperature.
If to much liquid injection could flood causing oil foaming.
