what are your working conditions?
What temperature are expecting?
Size?
Ambient?
Humidity?

we are producing commerical refrigerators. We want to produce a dry-aged refrigerator for butchers and restaurants. We want to dry-age meat.
The questions which you asked me are my questions to you.
We will produce a refrigerator 120x70x200 cm external dimensions.
What must be the temperature, humidity?
How must be the light?
