Just replaced for the 4th time the inverter PCB in my Daikin Inverter VRV-3 Model RXQ12P. Sick of spending money. Anyone here can help me to troubleshoot the inverter board as in which component to replace or which component normally fails. No schematic found online

How long does the unit operate correctly between changing the inverter PCB's?
Have you used an inverter checker to check the output of the inverter PCB?
Have the compressor windings been checked?

i have 15 units. so now changing for 4th unit.

Have you considered that invertors DO NOT like unstable electrical supplies and voltage fluctuations.

Given a 25% plus failure rate my guess is it's not the PCB's that are at fauly!

Check the neutral connections on your power supplies.

hi. but after replacing the inverter board, i all works fine and i dont have L5 error code. our voltage at this part of the world is 230V 50Hz. so far the 1st unit that i replaced running well over a year and it operated everyday. my guess is not the incoming voltage but some premature failure on the board

Has the compressor windings been checked?
Has the mains power/neutral been checked?
Has the crankcase heaters for compressors been checked?

also check the voltage difference in the three phase current. There must NOT be much difference (lets say 10~15 V will be safe)
