Dear all kindly help me..i turn on the power supply of carrier 30xa0502g china.. but oil heater is not energize ..ambiant temp was 32c... kindly tell me when it will be energize

heaters for oil are always out when compressor is operational, when compressor is off heater is on

Check that electricity is present, check compressor contactor for NC contact and control switch.

Thanks for your replyI checked Electricity is present.this oil heater located at oil separator not in crankcaseI checked also this heater operated through separate contactor.this contactor is energize through compressor card...kindly help me this contactor in which conditions it will be energize
