Bitzer 6F50.2Y45P manual

Hi All
I am after a service manual for a Bitzer 6F50.2Y45P compressor.
I have a complete parts list supplied by Bitzer but I am after something with clearances / tolerances / wear limits and torque settings.
If anyone can supply this information it would be greatly appreciated.

That sort of info you can get at the compressors rebuilders, Bitzer will not supply it.

We asked the rebuilder we use and all he said was about .003" clearance on bearings.
I was hoping for a bit more, probably used to working on bigger machines where all this information is readily available.

0.003" is too much ( max. clearance ). it should be 0.002 " = 0.005mm up to less than 0.007 mm =less than 0.003"
after repair run compressor with oil for about 5 min. check oil pressure and Ampere and remove the oil and clean oil filter .

Hi friend long main and short main 1.770 - 1.768 inches
Heads /sump plate /non drive end bearing housing /45 ftlb. con rod is I think m8 do that to 15 ftlb and put 243 loctite. Terminal plate 45ftlb
Suction cover 70ftlb

Thanks for the info on the clearances and torque settings.
I inspected the compressor yesterday and there is no major wear, crankshaft journal size and bearing clearances are as you have stated.
