Get dehumidifier.

I have had my get dehumidifier about 3years now and never had a problem. However got it out and plugged it in the other day and although everything appeared normal, it wasn't until I noticed a wet patch on the carpet that I realised the water was coming from the overflow tube at the bottom and not going into the tank on the top designed to hold the water. Any info would be gratefully received.

Have you lost the plug from the drain hose (it's not an overflow)?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me, the make is GET EFFICIENT DEHUMIDIFIER
THE MODEL # IS DHMD16.
I didn't realise there was a plug on the bottom it must have come off then, I assumed it was an overflow.
I will plug it and see if that works then
