Carrier XA301402 Chiller

Has any one got a manual for a Carrier 30XA1402 chiller? I need the French version which is apparently wired different to the Chinese ones.

Any way I am trying to find out why my 24V fuse from the transformer is blowing??? I have checked most obvious things but really need the correct wiring diagram to see what runs on the 24v Circuit..

Any help would be appreciated.

24v is control circuit.if the control wire is shorted to ground,fuse will blown.
