Is there a procedure to follow with respect to uploading files ( mostly pdf ), in the database? Can't seem to navigate to an area that facilitates uploads.

Well if you want them all in one place which of the seven ftp's that you provided shall I upload to?

Also, with respect to the database, what about a controls section or are you just focusing on documents that fit into the criteria of the existing headers?
