Air Flap will not open

Hi All,
I have a Celestial split 2.5hp KFR70GW/K with the following problem, when you start the a/c the air flap will not open but if you open it manually then turn the unit off the flap will close,
also if you have a wiring diagrams that would help any feed back would be great.

usually a wiring diagram is on the inside cover, but ur louvre motor is knackered- cheap option is to unplug it off the pcb and manually set the airflow position
