Full system reset for all Samsung kit is always the K3 button inside the outdoor unit.

Thanks for that. I thought there would be one that i can enter using the remote. Reason why I'm asking is because the technician who came to service the unit, did something now all the 3 lights stays on even if the unit is off And he can't seem to get them off.
