Hi, I am a flemish refrigeration worker, could somebody send me a short book by email to understand the electricity in a refrigeration room.... thank You very much.

Flemish, American, French or Canadian.
If you don't have a clue in electricity, you can't work in refrigeration as they are connected.

Next time, try to give as much info as you can about components in the system, one or three phases, number of fans, number of electric valves, controller make and model, working temps, defrost type [if any] etc, etc....
