Hi guys, i was on a call out for a manitowoc Q130 icemaker, the machine starts but 5min after comp goes off cycle, i check the comp and fan both ok , the water pump continues operating. i was told, everytime there is no ice , they turn it off and then on and it works(maybe cut off due safety limits)
i checked the damper and ice thickness prob, any idea why the comperssor shuts down.this one has two lights one for the bin and the next one is for harvest but neither of them blink. any help.

A manual for the q130. Is the tank filling with water?

i have made another visit , on my observation , i got the system running , three times harvest( each 3.5min) and freeze time 6 minute, can you tell me how to extend the freeze time? from 6min to 15 min for the ice to be thick, it makes very thin ice.

i start the unit, it made ice once no problem, second time round it is turning off during freeze time, then mag valve cuts in and water pump starts and the compressor starts on freeze time, every few minutes the same happens, not much ice there; system stops and then starts , it has remained in freeze cycle.
