Asking for help from Our Guys Particularly those in OZ

Hi Guys.
I am working with one of those site engineers that deserve all the help they can get.
He is always very helpful.
I am hoping with your help I can return the favour?
They have onsite some large catering ovens which are quite old, they are of Australian Manufacture.
Apparently the company may have gone bust? (with no listed UK back-up!)
What I am after is a Wiring diagram for the following Oven.

REGITHERMIC
MODEL CTC 28H
S/No AG357003

I know it's strictly not fridge, but I realise that some of the guys are multi trades.
And just hoping someone knows someone?

Looks like if they are still going down under, they do have a .au website. (Slightly different spelling but...)

They tried that onsite, with no joy Sadly!
