Must be a Rugby Union fanatic, enjoy sunshine, fishing, hunting, surfing, boats and cold beer. And talk English. You will be in with a grin.

I reckon cadwaladr would find New Zealand to be a welcome change.
Way less dramas from the Aussie environment of hostile insects/ plants/ animals/ Sharks/ Jelly fish/ Stone Fish etc.:D

Me and my family have looked in to the possibility of me working over in New Zealand but the wages wasn't really enough because of the cost of living! It's a shame! What would the rates be?

We are offering good money for the right people. Not sure where the idea about the cost of living being higher here than there. Last time I checked not many ex pats return home!
