Hello guys.

Somebody familiar with the RC5 remote control from Airwell?
I have a reinstallation of a used Airwell airconditioner which came together with a remote control type: RC5 (HL) P/N 412040R.

It seems that the remote was from another airconditioner because this remote only shows the cooling symbol and not the heating symbol which I need for this unit.

Does somebody know how to reconfigure the remote so that it will show the heating symbol again.

Thank you very much for helping.

Hello.
The customer has the wireless controller RC-5 (HL) Airwell, which does not operate any functions.
Only when you press the mode button icon appears emissions, changes the mode on the remote control and watching diode with a camera can be seen that the signal is sent. Other features do not work on the remote.
Whether this is due to the inclusion of some locks on the controller?
Other pilots such as the RC-7 have the LOCK button, and this unfortunately is not so suspect that you have to press a combination of keys.
This pilot can unlock or rather it is a failure?

The pilot looks exactly like this:

And sorry for my english :) Google Translate work on it.
