Energy Saving - Commercial fridge

Hi all,

I am new here. I work at a bar and there are 3 glass door fridges for beers. On Mondays, there is not much customers as other days. Therefore, 2 fridges are enough for that day. I know that turning off a fridge for few hours does not save energy and it causes the opposite. However, what if I turn off 1 fridge for 24 hours? Could this method lower the electricity bill?
