HELP, Refrigeration basics 3 cd rom

I'm new too this and after much searching found refrigeration basics 3 professional. I was very intrested in the troubleshooting board as I feel this could really help, does anyone know of anything very similar or the cd rom for sale in the UK, or has anyone purchased this which is from Canada?
