Clivet wsat-xin 21-141 problem

Hello! I am working clivet wsat-xin 21-141 for about 4 months now... Four days ago i had error007 shown... i deleted the alert as written in the manual and the pump started working again. After working for about 10 to 15 mins i have again the same error... Does anyone know smthing? Thank you!

faulty pressure transducer or gas issues

thank you very much for the answer...we checked with the technician and there are no gas issues. maybe there is a faulty pressure transducer. I am thinkink also that maybe it is needed to make some changes at parameters.

any issues with the water circuit? sticking flow switch maybe

If there is sticky circuit do i have to replace it or is there something else to do?

check water strainer, maybe adjust the flow switch, check the paddle isnt bent or snapped, check it isnt catching on the sides of the pipe stabbing, check 1 bar standing water pressure

Check the water circulation make sure that your strainer is clean, pump works properly also messure the heat exchangers pressure drop as reffered in the manual posted above (pages 23, 40 and 42) anyway your machine needs DP more than 20kPa and less than 80kPa or 0.4 Q(l/s) to dont have low saturation temperatures!! if your chiller has low saturation adjustable parameter DO NOT CHANGE IT before check all the above i wrote otherwise you will transform your maneurop compressor to nice fish aquarium!!!
