Hi guys, I've been wondering why r134a isn't used in more often in a/c systems? Obviously used in domestic and commercial fridges, car a/c and even altherma systems, so why not in air con? Why the need for r410a?

Sorry if that's a stupid question! But if someone could explain it to me that would be great!!! Thanks

The reason we use r410a as opposed to r134a is due to the COP (coefficient of performance) being better, so less energy input to the compressor, reduction on indirect global warming plus saving for our clients :-)
