Samsung dvm plus iii vrf

Hi all,
I have been asked to finish an installation after the initial firm went bust, problem being they never left any info with the client.
I have never worked on these systems before, does anyone know how to address the indoor cassettes with an infra red controller?
As there is no central control would they work without this being setup?

Hi Pete,

First of all, are you sure it is DVM + III?
(These units has been out of production for some years now)

Anyhow, I have sent you a PM with my work contact details in, send me an email or call me tomorrow and I will make sure you get the relevant manuals and talk you through how to commission the system.

Who knows, we might even know the site and be able to get the original design data.
