aqv12fan compressor start error

hi, i have problem with my samsung aqv12fan split ac, until 7 days ago it work normal, but it stop to work and got outdoor error, my authorized dealer and service give up from helping me, after disassembling the outdoor unit i find green led blinking and it means compressor starting error, i try to restart unit and it start to work with red on and green blinking (normal work) but after several minutes its stoping and just green blinking, several times cycling and after that unit stops and just green blinking. is there anything i can do to fix it or i should change the compressor itself?

It would be good to test the inverter board to make sure it is ok, and also test the compressor electrically to see if it tests ok first.

Compressor is dead :(( new one cost almost as a whole system itself, so no chance for repairing, ill have to by new AC.
