Sanyo VRF Error L18

Hi frens..
on Sanyo VRF of ODU.SPW-C1405DXHN8, i am getting error L18
on remote.according to the error code it says 4 way valve operation
failure, but i have checked it, and it seems OK.on heating mode
when i on the units, up to 5 minutes it works perfectly and after
5 minutes error occurs again after few minutes it works, after
5 minutes it repeats the error.i have combine three units into one
with same model number.so please guide me how to solve this
problem.waiting for your warm answer..

During heating operation (Comp. ON), the highest detected temperature at an outdoor unit
heat exchanger (EXG 1, EXG 2, EXL 1, or EXL 2) was 20°C or more above the outdoor air
temperature (Air Temp.) continuously for 5 minutes or longer, or the detected suction
temperature (SCT) was 20°C or more above the outdoor air temperature continuously for
5 minutes or longer.

Check sensors.

(1) The 4-way valve connector (20S CN022) has become disconnected from the control PCB.
(1) Check the 4-way valve connector (20S CN022).
If the connector is normal, correct or replace the problem locations

Without checker for ECO hard to find that error, but you can see all parametrs from wired controller.

is it normal one..?
