NEWS RELEASE

The full-featured website for RAC07 (NEC, Birmingham, 27 February-1 March 2007), the UK’s only dedicated event for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, is now live for the benefit of exhibitors and visitors at www.racexhibition.com.

The new site carries a wealth of event information, including details on the companies taking part, the latest floor plan, plus background on the range of exciting visitor attractions set to feature at RAC07. At www.racexhibition.com people will also be able to sign up for regular email updates which will automatically provide them with the very latest event information. Nearer to the event, visitors will be able to register online to attend the show and will automatically receive free tickets and supporting material. In 2004/5 over 16,000 unique visits were made to the RAC05 website by industry professionals.

Over 170 companies participated at RAC05 which attracted a final visitor attendance of 7,505 (ABC audited) – up more than 35% on the 5,467 visitors who came to RAC 03. RAC07 is set to build on this success, drawing in contractors, consultants, dealers and distributors connected with refrigeration and air-conditioning, as well as a cross-section of influential end-users from retail, commercial, leisure and industrial markets.

RAC07 will continue to be co-located with H&V07, the industry event for the heating and ventilating sector. Although remaining separate events with their own distinct and very individual identities, co-location will provide an extensive and complimentary mix of visitors, given free movement between the two events. At the same time, those who want to concentrate on the one show can do just that.
