Ingersoll Rand buy out Frigoblok

Hi guys,so it said Ingersoll Rand have bought out Frigoblok for £78 Million,does this affect any of you guys out there? Comments Please

Is it a done deal? Someone told me it's got to be approved by some official body ,guess it will be then swallowed up within the mighty corp

The acquisition is expected to close in the first half of 2015, subject to regulatory approval.
