Samsung multi head help needed

Hi , anyone have experience with Samsung RJ0804HXE multi head units.
We have an apartment block with 80 or so condenser units and are having endless problems with them.
Its seems like the gas charge is not quite right, they tend to be a little over charged with all indoors on then under charged with one head on.
If anyone has experience with these units we would love to hear from you

Are you sure that model number is correct? Google search for it reveals nothing - except your message here.

The RJ080 units here in UK are called Free Joint Multi or multi-splits (2, 3, 4 or 5 indoor units, each with connections back to the outdoor unit). I don't know of any problems, refrigerant or otherwise, with these systems here.

The symptoms you describe are weird indeed - often this type of systems can seem undercharged when fully loaded up and over charged when just one unit is running.

Why not try to get hold of Samsung Australia tech guys directly and see what they say??
