Hey Guys,
I am new on the site, so still learning how everything works,
Ive been working on a McQuay flooded screw Chiller the last few days and been having a few issues, any manuals or information would be much appreciated,

Chillers Model Number PFS2202DARY
Cooling capacity is-747.5 kW,
Two circuits.
Compressor model No. HSS42212EBQA2,

The Chiller is running on 134a refrigerant.
How to fill the oil and what amount there is no oil level sight glass on compressor shell.

Im also after any information on the McQuay Screw compressor if anyone has any

Hi frame 4 compressor have external oil separator, which has sight glass. The compressor itself doesn't hold any oil

You'll need to drain Oil from the Oil separator and recharge Oil with an Oil pump back into the Oil separator. They use a large qty of Oil ( approx 100 Ltrs ). Be careful not to allow any moisture in the system.

Hi each circuit oil separator holds about 15 litres of oil upto top sight glass

McQuay PFSxxx.x DARY is a flooded chiller from McQuay China with common refrigeration circuit and Oil separator using about 100 ltr of Oil charge in the Oil separator.

what is frame 4 compressor? HSS42212EBQA2 is it same model.I would like to know is this compressor run without oil? What is procedure of initial oil charging if there is no oil in compressor and oil separator. Pl help me.
