You'll need to drain Oil from the Oil separator and recharge Oil with an Oil pump back into the Oil separator. They use a large qty of Oil ( approx 100 Ltrs ). Be careful not to allow any moisture in the system.

McQuay PFSxxx.x DARY is a flooded chiller from McQuay China with common refrigeration circuit and Oil separator using about 100 ltr of Oil charge in the Oil separator.
