During the coming week I will be re-erecting a walk in freezer.
Even though I will be insulating and sealing the expansion valve I would like to find out if as a safety measure, I can use any thread locking solution like Loctite on the expansion valve flare nuts. Do refrigerants or low temperature have adverse effect on these products?
Any experiences, ideas and suggestions will be welcome.
