G50 - no communication

I have suddenly lost all communication on my site with the G50's, there are 8 operating over 8 floors and connect via a switch to TG2000. i have tried via a new switch and also tried to attach a laptop direct to the G50 but can't even access any built in web browser. weird thing is they seem to operate ok when accessed manually.

Any ideas welcome please?

Whats the error code?
How many fan coils are approximately on the controller?
Is there a power pack?
Do you have D/C on the Mnet to the controller/power pack, is there output on the condenser Mnet?
Mnet on the fan coils?
